Lano — Account and data deletion

You can delete your family's Lano account and all of its data (child profiles, conversations, chat reports, Lano's memory, learning results, safety events, voice enrollment, lessons made for your family).

In the app (immediately)

1. On the child's device, open the parent panel (parent PIN), or open parent mode on your own phone.
2. Privacy and data → Delete account and all data.
3. Confirm. The information is removed from the server immediately and irreversibly.

If you cannot access the app

Email destek@autonorms.com with the subject "Delete my Lano account"; if you can, include the family code shown in the parent panel. After we verify that the request is yours, the account is deleted within 30 days and we confirm by email.

What remains, and for how long

• Removed from server backups within 30 days.
• Only the duration and cost records of AI calls (without content) remain, with the link to your family removed.
• Accounts not used for 12 months are deleted automatically.
